Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

At Padeluxe, we are committed to providing premium padel equipment and ensuring every order arrives in excellent condition. Before dispatch, all rackets undergo a thorough quality inspection and are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

Due to the nature of sporting equipment and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have been used, tested, or played with. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and suitability information before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in assessing your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product damage
  • Photographs of the original packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, repair, store credit, or refund where required under applicable consumer laws.

Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, modifications, or impact during play is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
